Just a quick update – the sun is up and so are we! Last night we met Eric, who is the brother of one of Janet’s morning swim club gang back in the George. We had dinner at Bon Appétit a Brasserie in the Simpson Bay Area. All I can say was it was absolutely wonderful. The chef, a Frenchman, they call Lolo, not to be confused with a roadside BBQ from yesterday, out did himself. Janet and I shared mussels and each had a hot goat cheese salad. Dessert was a crepe with fruit, chocolate, and ice cream that was yummy! Sorry I did not get a better picture, but we dug into before the camera came out. The dishes from Lolo’s kitchen were beautiful, and thank you Eric for introducing us to Bon Appétit! It was also very nice to meet you.
Today, our adventure will take us to the French side of the island in search of sun and blue water.
hmmm, "shared muscles", that must be tricky. :) Sounded like a fabulous meal!
ReplyDeletePretty easy... Janet is Right handed and I am left handed and if she takes too many she knows I will sit on her. Add the link to the restaurant... and fixed mussels :-)
